How to use low temperature candles

Low-temperature candles can enhance the experience by controlling temperature, choosing safe parts, cleansing the skin, using lubricants, and using them step by step. These candles are specially designed for fun, and their melting points are usually lower than ordinary candles, but you still need to pay attention to safety when using them.

1. Control the temperature

Leave the candle at room temperature for 10 minutes before use. When trying it for the first time, drop a small amount of wax on the back of your hand to test the temperature. Keep the distance between the candle and the skin at least 20 cm, and the intensity of the heat sensation can be controlled by adjusting the height. When the candle is burning, avoid direct contact with the skin or tipping it over. After the candle is extinguished, let it sit for 3 seconds before dripping.

2. Choose a safe location

Prioritize areas with thick fat such as the back and thighs, and avoid sensitive areas such as the face, joints, and perineum. Do not use on skin with wounds, inflammation or birthmarks. Patients with cardiovascular disease and skin allergies are not recommended to try it, and patients with diabetes need to be extra cautious due to reduced peripheral nerve sensitivity.

3. Clean skin

Clean target area with warm water before use and avoid using alcohol-based disinfectant products. You can apply a small amount of coconut oil or mineral oil in advance to form a protective layer, and then gently wipe away the remaining wax stains with a warm towel. If burning or redness persists, rinse immediately with cold water and discontinue use.

4. Combined with lubricant

Low temperature candles can be used with water-soluble lubricants to enhance skin tolerance. Avoid using oil-based lubricants to prevent allergies. It is recommended to choose care products containing aloe vera and vitamin E, and apply moisturizing lotion promptly after use to help skin repair.

5. Use step by step

For first-time experience, it is recommended to choose low-temperature materials such as soy wax and use it for no more than 15 minutes at a time. Start with a small amount of wax and gradually increase the dripping area. Partners need to communicate safety words in advance and prepare wet towels and water for emergencies. Avoid sun exposure or hot saunas for 48 hours after use.

It is recommended to observe the skin condition for 24 hours after use. If blisters or pigmentation occur, seek medical attention. Daily storage should be protected from light and moisture, and placed separately from ordinary candles. For long-term users, it is recommended to wait for more than 1 month to give the skin a sufficient recovery period.
